The Cachopo Pots are beautiful little handmade terracotta storage pots with cork lids from Portugal. These little terracotta pots are perfect for serving and storing herbs, spices, jams, condiments or other homemade sauces and dressings. Instead of having little plastic pots or packets that always seem to split and spread their contents over your kitchen cupboards, the Cachopo pots with their cork stopper lids keep everything stored neatly yet accessible whilst looking great. They also add a charming rustic feel to your kitchen when you use them on your table to serve jams, mustards, jellies, mayo, ketchup or salad dressing. The rich terracotta colour and cork tops can add a nice sense of warmth and character to your table setting. Due to the nature of handmade pottery each terracotta pot will be ever so slightly different, only adding to the character of these tactile and practical little pots. The Cachopo Pots are entirely glazed in the inside and outside to protect the terracotta and make them easier to wash. Designed in Portugal by Mariana Filipe the terracotta storage pots form part of a collection of products made for the table called Tasco. The Tasco collection draws inspiration from traditional Portuguese pottery and gastronomic culture. The Cachopo Pots measure approximately 9cm high by 8.5cm in diameter and sit perfectly alongside the Cachopo jugs, terracotta tumblers and Bajouca Terracotta Carafe. As each cork top and terracotta pot is individually made by hand there may be very slight size differences in each piece and slight colour variations, which is indicative of the material and the handmade process.
